Liv Sky Cottages – Affordable Housing Program
At Liv Sky Cottages, we believe everyone deserves the chance to live their BEST life—in a home that feels welcoming, comfortable, and connected. That’s why we proudly participate in an Affordable Housing Program designed to support households within the 70–80% Area Median Income (AMI) range.
Through this program, a select number of our beautiful homes are reserved for income-qualified residents. Eligibility is based on household size, number of bedrooms, and total anticipated gross annual income (before taxes and deductions).
How it Works: Step by Step
1. Find out if you qualify
Review the program requirements and household income to see if you meet the income limits and student status rules.

2. Find a Home
Check out homes marked "Affordable" on our Floor Plans page and choose the one that fits your needs.
3. Provide Documentation
Gather and submit documentation for all sources of income and assets, including employment, social security, child support, pensions, and other recurring income.
4. Apply
Complete a rental application here. Once approved, our team will perform an income certification to confirm eligibility for the program.
5. Move In & Live your BEST Life
Eligible households will set up or transfer their individual APS electricity account. Then, settle in and start living your BEST life in your new home at Liv Sky Cottages!
