Yes, they have keyless entry via keypad and a doorbell camera included in your Liv Bundle.

Allo Fiber internet is included in your Liv Bundle, but is not included in the base rent price. Both are paid together monthly in the Residentportal app.
What leasing options are available?
12-14 months
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
Each home is leased individually, with additional occupants being co-applicants.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
Homes can be held after completing an application and paying a holding deposit.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Yes, a security deposit would be refundable.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
No

Included is water, internet, trash removal, snow removal, lawn care
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, we require renter's insurance with $100,000 in liability coverage. If you don't have renter's insurance we have a default policy that you would be opted into.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
No, we do not allow short term rentals or subleasing.

What steps does Liv take to prevent rental application fraud?

100% Smoke free property.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes, cats and dogs with the exception of a small number of breed restrictions are allowed. We have a dog park on site.

Route 8 of the Mountain Line bus route has stops near Woody Mountain Rd. We are also less than a mile from the 40, but it is not in view or able to be heard.

All homes have Allo Fiber internet which is included in your Liv Bundle along with water, sewage, valet trash, and smart home keypad + doorbell camera. We will assist you in getting smart home features set-up.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
We do not offer package lockers, they would be dropped straight to your front door.
